SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Étymologie offers Expedited shipping (2-5 business days in Canada, 5-10 business days for international orders) with UPS and Canada Post. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the order is returned.
Étymologie online orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details and a link to the selected courrier site.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the Étymologie site do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of product, and will be displayed on the checkout page.
SHIPPING RATES
Please note any additional taxes and duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
CANADA
Free shipping on all orders over $120 (after coupons and before taxes).
For orders under $120 shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on curent courrier rates, once you have entered in your address details
USA
Free shipping on all orders $150.
For orders under $150 shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on curent courrier rates, once you have entered in your address details
EUROPE
Free shipping on all orders over $200.
For orders under $200 shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on curent courrier rates, once you have entered in your address details

RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products – for hygiene reasons – we cannot accept returns if the products have been opened.
In the rare instance a product arrives damaged or broken please email customer support at hello@etymologie.ca and we will get back to you within 2 business days to send you a new product.
