Bakuchiol, like retinol, also boasts anti-aging benefits and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Organic Canadian botanicals and Black Cumin Seed Oil provide a moisturizing, soothing base for our clarifying and rejuvenating serum.

Bakuchiol, sometimes referred to as “botanical retinol” is a plant extract from the Senna plant that has been scientifically demonstrated to have a similar effect to retinol on the skin, but without the dryness and irritation often associated with retinol. 

If you struggle with blemishes & congestion and also fine lines, but find acids and retinol too harsh,  this is the product for you.

How to Use: Apply 2-5 drops to the face and neck after cleansing, and massage in while skin is still damp. Use nightly. Wear an SPF in the morning.

Nigella Sativa (Black Cumin) Seed Oil
Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging. Black cumin seed oil helps treat current breakouts and prevents new ones from forming, whilst moisturizing and nourishing the skin.
Octyldodecanol
EcoCert approved, plant-based emollient that helps moisturize the skin and helps dissolve salicylic acid in the formulation.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
Fast-absorbing and moisturizing oil derived from coconut oil. But don’t worry about pore clogging, this oil has been transformed from coconut oil to be light-weight, easily absorbed and non-pore clogging.
Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil
Moisturizing oil suitable for all skin types due to the high concentration of omega-6 fatty acids. Balances moisture levels and promotes elasticity.
Squalane
Lightweight and easily absorbed oil derived from olives. It leaves skin feeling soft and moisturized.
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
Technically a liquid wax, jojoba seed oil helps moisturize without clogging pores, as it is very similar to the skin’s own sebum.

Is it pregnancy safe?
Some companies claim bakuchiol to be safe for use in pregnancy, but we do not believe there is enough data available to validate that claim, so we suggest skipping this serum if you are pregnant.
Can I use this for sensitive skin?
Yes, the gentle oil buffers the delivery of the active ingredients to the skin, and helps moisturize the skin to prevent dryness and irritation. But as with any new product, if you know you have sensitive skin,please patch test before apply over your whole face and neck.
What results can I expect from this product?

Sealed the shelf life is 1 year, unsealed the shelf life is 6 months.
